REFUND POLICY

  1. Customer Satisfaction:
    If you are not satisfied with any product purchased from Prime Vita, or wish to return or exchange an item, please email or call us within 7 days of purchase. A full refund (excluding shipping/carriage charges) will be issued, or exchange items will be sent (subject to additional carriage charges).
  2. Faulty or Damaged Products:
    Such items must be returned to our Returns Department along with a brief explanation and valid proof of purchase.
  3. Packaging Condition:
    Products must be returned in their original packaging for a refund or exchange to be processed.
  4. Refund Timeline:
    Refunds will be processed within 45 working days after the returned product is received by Prime Vita.
  5. Customer Responsibility:
    While the product remains with the buyer, it is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the product safe and secure until it is returned.
