The quality, color, or appearance of any product, service, or material purchased may vary slightly and may not meet your expectations. Any such changes will be communicated to you in advance. If you do not agree with the proposed changes, you may opt for store credits to redeem against another product of the same value.
b) Title and risk of loss for all products ordered from Prime Vita pass to the buyer upon dispatch to the shipping carrier.
c) We strive to deliver your order on a best effort basis within 7 days of accepting the order, subject to external conditions beyond our control.
